1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phtqya website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the phtqya platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms apply to all users of the phtqya platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the service.

phtqya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the phtqya platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be self-excluded from phtqya or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

phtqya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phtqya platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering a phtqya account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phtqya is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtqya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and phtqya will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to your phtqya account must be made using payment methods approved and listed on the platform. Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. phtqya does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phtqya account in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing period. phtqya aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the phtqya account. phtqya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

phtqya does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtqya accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phtqya may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• phtqya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• phtqya's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phtqya platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phtqya uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, phtqya will apply its standard malfunction policy, which may result in the voiding of the affected round and a refund of the wager placed.

phtqya reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtqya platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phtqya platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtqya staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phtqya platform or its underlying software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtqya platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of phtqya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtqya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phtqya platform without the prior written consent of phtqya.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtqya and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtqya platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phtqya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtqya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phtqya does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

phtqya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a phtqya account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

You may close your phtqya account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
